Small team,
long view

Baska Software Engineering is a senior team of designers and engineers in Leskovac, Serbia, founded in 2020. We work with companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and with startups, product teams and agencies that need engineering capacity, at Serbian rates and without the overhead of a large agency.

We take on a few projects at a time. The people you talk to in the first call are the people who design and build your product, and when we hand over, you own the code, the repository and the infrastructure.

How we work

  1. Discover

A short series of conversations to understand the business, the users and the constraints. You get a written scope and an estimate you can hold us to.

  2. Design

Clickable prototypes before any production code. We test flows with real users and cut what does not earn its place.

  3. Build

Weekly releases to a staging environment you can open on your phone. No surprises at the end.

  4. Launch and care

Monitoring, maintenance and improvements after launch, on a retainer or as needed.

Notes from
the studio

Why we hand over the repository, not a login

Owning your software means owning the code, the pipeline and the keys. What a clean handover looks like and why we insist on it.

Forthcoming

A staging link beats a status meeting

Weekly releases you can click replace most progress reports. How we structure a build so the client always sees the real thing.

Forthcoming

Three languages, one codebase

Serving German, Serbian and English visitors from the same page without three sites: what we localise, what we do not, and the tooling behind it.

Forthcoming

Start a
project

Tell us what you are building, roughly when you need it, and what has been tried so far. We come back with questions first, then a plan.
